System Limits and Service Quotas

To offer predictable performance, SyncRelay strictly limits service usage based on quotas. While SyncRelay is in preview, quotas may be stricter than what you can expect in the future, as we perform performance tests and adjust our quotas accordingly.

Service Quotas

Until we introduce billing, the following service quotas are enforced. If you need to raise certain quotas, please reach out to our customer support.

Projects per organization

This quota determines how many projects may be created in a given organization.

Currently, organizations may only have one project.

Monthly sent messages per project

This quota determines how many monthly messages may be sent in a given project per month (this is a rolling metric and considers the last 30 days).

Currently, we allow up to 1000 messages to be sent in each project.

Sessions per project

This quota determines how many active sessions a project allows at a given time.

Currently, we allow up to 25 concurrent sessions per project.

Max. message size

This quota determines the maximum message payload size that can be sent in an organization.

Currently, messages may be up to 8KB in size.

Subscribed topics per session

Clients can subscribe to up to 5 topics per session. This does not limit the depth of the topic tree a client can be subscribed to, however.

Access tokens per organization

This quota determines how many access tokens may be created in a given organization.

Currently, organizations may have up to 3 access tokens.

Audit Log Entries per organization

Audit log entries for a given organization are stored up to 30 days. Older entries are automatically deleted if the total number of entries exceeds 25.
